The Road to Hana

These shots are pretty much in the same order as I took them. We decided to try the road to Hana ... even though the literature talked about taking all day to get there and back, with over 50 single lane bridges to cross. It was a wonderful journey with lots of waterfalls and nature everywhere. The road conditions only let you drive about 15 mph maximum so we understood why it would take so long. On the trip we ran across a small park called "The Garden of Eden" and we stopped there to see flowers and birds. Those shots begin at the blue lilly flower half way down. After about 2 to 3 hours we turned back having seen enough rain forest for one day. Definitely a recommended activity.
