Mount Washington

We stayed at Terry Cox's ski chalet on Mount Washington for 5 days. It's a beautiful, quiet place and very different from anywhere we'd been in a long time. The weather was quite unusual (by easterner's standards). There was often a significant drop in temperature and precipitation from the bottom of the mountain to the top, and on one day the roads were icy and quite treacherous (glad we don't do much winter any more).
