Wallpaper

This section of the website contains some of my better pictures, formatted for use as wallpaper (the background image) on your computer monitor. For each picture there is a small thumbnail image and a few words about what it represents. If you click on the thumbnail image, you will see a large version of the same picture. For the most part, these larger images are 1200 x 1600 pixels and vary in size from about 150 to 300 kb.

If your are using Windows XP and Internet Explorer, to select one of these images as your background, do the following:

• Click on a thumbnail to obtain the full-sized image.
• Place your mouse cursor over the full-sized image and right mouse click.
• Click on the menu item "Set as Background".

The individual themes are:

• Maui - Scenic pictures from our trips to Maui
• New Zealand - Pictures from our trip - January and February 2007
• Night Skylines - various attempts to capture the ultimate view as dusk arrives
• Birds - Sharon's best friends
• Flowers - close ups from a variety of locations
