This was one of our more adventurous trips so far. We decided to come home from Florida at the beginning of March, take about 2 weeks to get things settled and then explore Costa Rica for 11 days. We used Anywhere Costa Rica as our travel agent and were very pleased with the choices they made for us.

We flew into San Jose and stayed overnight in the Hampton Inn, then went to the Arenal/La Fortuna area with a private driver for our first stop. After 4 nights we took a shuttle and ferry to Monteverde/Santa Elena where we stayed for 3 nights and then took another shuttle back to San Jose for the final 3 nights.
